**Digital downloads - final sale.** Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital download purchases are non-refundable. If a file fails to open or download, contact us at hello@inkandjade.com within 30 days and we will fix it or refund it - we stand behind our files. **Physical prints & goods - 14-day return.** Physical items (prints, totes, tapestries, pillows) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return. **Damaged or wrong items.** Send a photo of the damage to hello@inkandjade.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full - your choice, no return needed for damaged goods. **Custom commissions are non-refundable.** Stone sculpture commissions involve made-to-order production and are non-refundable once carving has begun. See the commission agreement provided with your quote.
